I've recently started seeing Dr. Heena for digestive support and to calm my busy mind. She has given me great guidance, tips and tricks, as well as diet suggestions, breathing... read more exercises and poses to aid digestion. I appreciate that what she has given me so far has felt manageable and easy to work into my everyday life. Today she performed a Shirodhara treatment to calm my mind and my husband said he's never seen me so zen before. It was an amazingly profound experience. I know I have a long journey ahead of me, but Dr. Heena is a great partner and I am looking forward to the process.

When u first go in, there is an awesome feeling of just...idk, straight up relaxation. Just a great vibe.
I started going in for just a Kati batsi (which is an amazing lower back healing)...and decided to get help with my overall health. This was over a month ago, and since then, their techniques and recommendations have just given me more "natural energy" and helped me with my sleep issues.
I'll say this...worst case scenario u go there and get an amazing lower back massage haha...but best case, idk, they just have some amazing solutions and alternative solutions for almost anything!! Brian W.

Dr. Heena made me feel comfortable right from the start. She listens and takes her time. She is kind, caring, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. She helped with my diet, gave me breathing exercises and herbs and the changes I am seeing are truly remarkable. I had the shirodhara treatment ( warm medicated oil poured in a slow stream onto the middle of the forehead ) and I have not felt this good in years.
I am seeing changes in my body and myself that are truly remarkable. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Heena.
